    rorries makes accessorizing fun, playful, and creative! Our pop-and-swap charms and silichains let you add flair, express your personality, and effortlessly customize your clothing, backpacks, and more—all with a simple charm swap. Show us who you are, one charm at a time!

    • How do charms and silichains work? 

    It’s easy! Our magnet clips let you attach your silichain onto clothing, bags, or anything! Pop charms into the links to customize your style. Swap them out anytime to create a new look!

    • Where are your products made? 

    Our products are manufactured & finished in the United States with trusted production partners who meet rigorous quality and safety standards. Some components come from partners overseas.

    • What is rorries commitment to sustainability?

    We believe creativity should be endless, not wasteful! Our silichains and charms are reusable, durable, and built to last, encouraging kids (and adults!) to refresh their style without tossing away accessories.

    • Who are rorries products designed for?

    Inspired by kids, enjoyed by everyone. Our products are made for anyone (3 and up!) who loves creativity, personalization, and style.

    • Do silichains come in multiple sizes?

    Currently our silichains come in one size.

    • How do the charms attach?

    Charms push securely into the links of the silichain. No threading, no loops—just pop, swap, and go!

    • Do the charms work with other products?

    rorries charms are specially designed to work with rorries products! They are not compatible with third-party jewelry, chains, or accessories.

    • Where can I buy rorries?

    rorries charms and silichains are available exclusively on our website (for now!). If you're interested in stocking rorries in your store please reach out to us at info@rorries.com

    MAGNETS & SAFETY:

    • Are rorries products safe for kids?

    Safety is a top priority. Our products are recommended as suitable for ages 3 years and up. Our magnet clips use embedded magnets to clip around clothing—not around the neck—helping to prevent choking hazards. Charms securely push into place and stay put during regular wear.

    • Are your chains and charms safety tested?

    Yes, rorries products are independently tested by a consumer products safety testing bureau to meet safety standards for strength, small parts, and materials and comply with children’s product safety rules. 

    • Is it possible that your magnets could fall out?

    Our magnets are embedded securely within the magnet clips to prevent them from becoming loose or exposed during normal intended use. We also conduct product testing to ensure durability and safety. If you notice any wear & tear on your magnet clips, please discontinue use and contact us at info@rorries.com

    SHIPPING:

    • When will my order ship, and how long will it take to receive my order?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Once processed, your order should arrive within the shipping timeframe stated at the time of purchase, pending the shipping method chosen. Once your order is with the shipping carrier of choice, please contact the shipping carrier with any issues or delays.

    Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make any changes to your shipping instructions. We cannot guarantee we can update shipping information after your order is placed.

    • Do you ship internationally? 

    We currently only ship within the continental US. We will be expanding our shipping very soon!

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

    • What is your return and exchange policy?

    You have 14 days after your order has been delivered to be eligible to return your rorries for a refund, pending inspection & approval by our team. We are currently not able to manage exchanges. Return shipping of $8 is not covered by rorries and will be deducted from your refund at time of processing.
